Building A New Contract With America
Republicans plan to take a page out of the successful 1994 Contract With America this year and formulate a new statement telling the American people what they will do differently if they retake Congress this fall, Rep. Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif, tells Newsmax TV.
McCarthy, who serves as the GOP’s top deputy whip in the House, has been tasked by the Republican leadership to spearhead the creation of what they are calling the “Commitment to America.” Full Piece
